A Ruin of Skulls

Subject: A Ruin of Skulls Sun Feb 08, 2009 8:09 pm

Khalin stepped over several piles of bones and came to a large cliff where a large skull was. She sighed stuck her long claws out and jumped on to the side of the cliff and began to climb, every so often checking to see if Jaw was there.

Deadlyjaws slowly followed her, and coughed blood up once every few minutes."Where are we going..?"He asked, straining his voice.

"To the top! So are you coming with me or not because i can't take you to any of the clans!" she yelled down at him

She scratched her shoulder on a sharp rock and she winced in pain

"Damn it..." she mumbled to her self and continued climbing

After a few minutes she finally got to the top to find that the skull was emtpy

"Thats good..." she said as she began to approach the entrance

Dealyjaws appeared by Khalin's side, a soft purring noise escaped from his throat."Dont you have Elemental powers? You could have used them."

She laughed "Nah, its good good excersice, i should only use it in fights"

No, you should use it for war and death! Hyra rang in my head

Khalins eyes grew wide in horror.... Hyra had once again awakened

Khalin turned away from jaw as her eyes flickered from white to red for a few moments

Finally she got control of her self and they settled on red. she sighed in relief and walked into the large skull

Deadlyjaws grimaced."Ugh! Why are we here?"He snarled, pain enveloped his body."I wish I could just dissapear.."He whispered, rubbing his horns.

Khalin layed down in the very back of the den and began licking her wound

"If you don't want to be here you can go... but i don't know where else you would go"

she looked at him

Deaadlyjaws pinned his ears back."I dont have a place or family to go to..You have a point."He sighed, sitting down in the entrance of the cave.

She stood up and walked over to him

"Yeah.... so you gonna come in or what?" Khalin took his paw and pulled him in

"I just.... feel sorry for you.... no one should live with pain forever...." she let go of his paw and curled up in the corner of the den again and stared at him with sad eyes

Deadlyjaws stared back her with sad eyes."Why do females do this to me..? I bet you have a mate too."He chuckled,slowly feeling sick.

Deadlyjaws growled, and walked towards the entrance of the den."..Lost."He whispered and bolted away, leaving her behind.

Khalin frowned wanting to go after him, but when she thought about what he had said Khalin turned her back to the entrance and waited to give him some time to think, he was going to come back.... she knew...

After a while Khalin felt lonely in the skull, she stood up and climbed down the cliff side, climbing down she spotted a small villiage only a few miles away. Once she got down she ran towards the village hoping to find someone trying to keep Deadlyjaws out of her mind.....

Kaya jumped from no where in front of her. "Hey ya wolfy." Kaya gave a evil grin.

Khalin stuck her nose in the air "No, and i have no intention dealing with someone like you right now" she trotted past the wolf, ignoring her

Kaya growled and jumped in front of the wolf again. "Don't you want to fight." She snapped. Kayas eyes becoming a bright red.
